Notes:

The percentage share for 2001 is based on 2000 usage reported on WWW (http://netcomms.anu.edu.au/stats/data/anutotal.2000.html) with a slight change to remove ACSYS.

The 2000 Contingency of $126,000 to be returned is the nominal contingency held for 2000 that was based on:
$79,000 (being the difference between the 1999 calculated cost of $551,000 and the 1999 charge from the AARNet of $472,000)
$47,000 (being the increase to the contingency identified in the projected cost for 2000).

The year 2001 subscription for each area is based on the percentage share multiplied by the estimated total internet cost of $924,000 for 2001.

The 2001 recovery of $991,790 is the 2001 estimate plus or minus any adjustment for 2000. Link to covering note for 2001

The above figures exclude GST. Therefore the recovery from ANUTECH and the non-affiliated residential colleges will be the above cost plus GST.

ACSYS - no longer applies from 2001, outstanding 2000 adjustment to be recovered.
